Delivery
UK Orders
UK stock orders are shipped by Royal Mail or a timed and tracked courier, deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 5 -7 working days from order. Shipping rates are confirmed checkout. Large, higher value or very fragile pieces are shipped by courier within 5 - 7 working days. Your delivery is tracked so please let us know if you would like delivery on a particular day.

International Orders
International orders are shipped by UPS, please contact info@vicwrightstudio.co.uk for a shipping quote before placing an order. If the artwork is in stock the usual delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.
If you are outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Vic Wright Studio or Cast Editions has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Vic Wright Studio or Cast Editions you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is part of our carried stock, please note we do not offer returns for made-to-order goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and the associated costs. Please contact us for any return question at info@vicwrightstudio.co.uk and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in anyway. Each sculpture is cast and finished by hand. Due to the nature of the casting process and materials used small air holes and slight differences in the colours may occur in the finished product. All sizes given are an approximation. We only sell pieces in good condition; any imperfections only add to the charm and beauty of the piece.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
